It’s summer time in SoCal, y’all. Joey will be out of school in less than a month and we had to turn on the air conditioner. This means my kids want to spend all their time in the pool and eat popsicles all day long.

Honestly, I’m fine with that. My only struggle is trying not to eat all the yummy summer treats in the freezer while I’m trying my very best to stick to a paleo eating plan. That’s where the super awesome that my sister gave me a while back comes in handy.

There are a TON of great paleo popsicle recipes out there for inspiration. My favorite treat will always be 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 frozen banana blended together, but sometimes it’s fun to have something a little more interesting. And if I can get the kids to eat cleaner treats, all the better.

My favorite thing about summer is ice cream & Popsicles! I am so glad I found your blog post (thank you Pinterest!) because we recently found out my sister is allergic to dairy! Now she won’t need to miss out on the fun!
