Surviving a 21 Day Sugar Detox is no joke. I wrote some best practices for it in my Surviving Sugar Detox post, but I sometimes think a quick reference for great recipes might be helpful to people as well. I am certainly no exception to that rule. And if I find a recipe that works for me, I use it over and over.
The list here includes a variety of different recipe types. Some are savory dishes for complete meals, others are more snack-like for when you need a quick treat. All of the recipes are 21 Day Sugar Detox compliant but many of them are things I eat on the regular because I just love them. Scotch eggs, for example are my latest go to food. Melissa Joulwan, author of , calls them “protein pellets” which is totally accurate.
