This past weekend, I had the opportunity to drag one of my neighborhood besties with me to Sam’s Club. She belongs to that other club store but hadn’t previously ventured in to Sam’s Club.

Since my car was in need of new tires and I had the foresight to pre-order them through the Sam’s Club website and then make an appointment to have them installed in the Tire Center, we had an hour or so to kill in the store so we walked the aisles. All of them.

We generally shop at Sam’s Club a couple of times a month. There are certain staple items we like to get there – paper goods, juice boxes, salami to name a few – and then there’s all the other fun stuff that changes through the year.

Sal spent the summer ogling the patio furniture and barbecues while I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Christmas decor and gift items. We’ve found some great furniture and storage items throughout the year, too.

One of the newer (or new to us anyway) services that we recently tried is their Click ‘n’ Pull service. This isn’t something we’d normally do (because we love to wander the aisles) but a few weeks ago we were short on both time and household staples so I decided to give it a shot. Also, it’s a FREE service. Pretty awesome, right?

So how does Sam’s Club Click ‘n’ Pull work?

And that’s it. Just show up and your cart is loaded and ready for check out. Seriously, it’s a pretty genius idea. And probably a really good budget saver because you spend less when you aren’t wandering all those glorious aisles of good stuff.
