Some of you may remember this heart tattoo beanie from last year when I introduced it into my Etsy shop. It’s always been one of my most favorite designs – probably because it was one of the first that I came up with on my own. It’s so, so simple but also a total crowd pleaser.
Since I’m no longer selling on Etsy, I thought it might be fun to release the heart tattoo beanie as a downloadable PDF pattern right here on the blog. The pattern comes with instructions for 5 sizes (newborn through toddler) but would be easily customizable for larger heads.
This hat would make a super cute gift for a baby shower or Father’s Day or whatever really. It’s completely customizable – you can embroider anything you want on the banner piece. I’ve done them with “Mama” as well as “Daddy” and in a variety of colors. Definitely get creative with this one. And, hey, if you’re not into the heart tattoo, leave it off for a basic beanie.
