You all know by now that I love things, all things, in mason jars. A couple of summers ago I discovered the awesomeness that is mason jar salads and since then they have been a go-to work lunch for me. When I actually get around to making lunch, that is.
Since I’m starting a new diet (yes, another new diet) this coming week, I thought it would be a great time to look around for some new mason jar salads ideas. And as usual, the internet did not disappoint. I even found some recipes that use my beloved zucchini noodles. Swoon. This almost makes me excited to be dieting. Almost.
